FAQ

Q: I have a big rig and towing behind it. Can I park my car in a different site? 

A: NO! We do not allow double parking. However, the management might  allow it for certain circumstances. (Handicapped, etc.) 


Q: I don’t live in town but like to come here on the weekends. Can I store  my rig here during the week? 

A: NO! We do not store rigs for your convenience. If there is an emergency  and the rig needs to move, we are not responsible for your abandoned rig. 


Q: I have friends coming over, can they stay the night? 

A: YES! for an additional fee of ($4 per night). We calculate for additional  water and electric use. Also, they must be able to park in the site or if not,  park in the front of the office. 


Q: I am having a fire tonight; can I bring my own wood? 

A: YES! We may even have some for sale if you run out! 


Q: I have dogs, and they hate the leash. Can I take them off? 

A: NO! Leash laws are for everyone’s safety. Our park has no tolerance for  dogs off leash. Chaining them up outside of your rig without you is also a big  NO NO. 


Q: I have a cat(s) that are good outside. Can I have them go in the park? 

A: Yes! IF they are on a leash too. There are neighborhood dogs and coyotes  that roam around town. Keep you and are kitties safe. 


Q: Can I wash or repair my rig? 

A: NO! We do not allow washing or repairing of rigs. However. Situations do  arise, we understand that. There is an RV repair shop in Port Angeles that is  recommended. Forks 101 is actively trying to find a repair man for such  occasions. We just do not want the individuals working on their rigs in the  park. 


Q: Can I fly my flags off my rig? 

A: NO! We appreciate that you want to show pride in whatever you love,  but flags are not allowed here. It may make others feel uncomfortable. Only  Forks 101 RV Park may fly flags to help promote the park. (July 4th is our only  acceptation for UNALTERED American Flags.) 


Q: I have a spot reserved, can I have another rig or tent in my site? 

A: NO! One rig, One site. We do not allow double parking for rigs. If there is  a tent, please let us know ahead of time. We have certain sites that can  handle a tent. There may be an additional fee (depends if it’s a tent for the  immediate reservation, or if there is a third party involved) 


Q: I am towing TWO trailers. Can I park in a long pull through?

A: NO! We DO NOT Accommodate one vehicle, two rigs.


Q: I’m looking for permanent living. What is your park policy for long term? 

A: Forks 101 RV Park does not allow for permanent living even though we  do have monthly rates. Contact the office for more information. 


Q: I have an older rig. Do you allow old rigs? 

A: YES! We do not discriminate old rigs. But we do ask it is in good  condition, and no outside damage (bumper ripped off or gash in the side,  etc.) Older rigs are fine with us, but broken rigs are not accepted. 


Q: I have kids, and they love to play and run. Is there a playground we can  go to? 

A: YES! We have our own playground for your kids to run around and burn  off energy. Please do not allow them to run into other campers’ sites. We  also have games you can rent in the office for the Family Fun Zone. There is  also a park in town if you wish to take them there. 


Q: So, I’m in Washington…can I smoke? 

A: YES! We only ask you to keep smoking at your site and do not use the fire  pit as a trash can. 


Q: Can I get a refund? 

A: Contact Management Immediately. We do not offer refunds; however  we will credit you for your next stay with us. We firmly believe that when  you pay for the number of days, you should be able to keep those days. (If  you book seven (7) days with us and only stay three (3) days. We will honor your next visit and give you, your remaining four (4) days for free. We do not  believe in punishing you for any reason you may have to leave early.
